How long is the Colour ID procedure?
The typical duration of a Colour ID procedure is between five and seven hours. The analysis is carried out in groups of three people with each client going through his/her own Colour ID and then observing the same process with the other two clients. The session starts at 10 am and includes a lunch break.

Why are there other people present at my Colour ID?
Colour ID and Style ID procedures take place in groups of three, which provides each participant with an additional perception of the overall process. Apart from his/her own experience, each participant has an opportunity to witness the impact and effect of the process on other people.. If a client insists, it is always possible to have an individual Colour ID procedure, but at a premium price.

Can I have only Colour ID or only Personal Style ID?
As Colour ID is only the first step of Personal Image identification it may be done separately with the client deciding at a later stage when to proceed with Personal Style ID. However, in order to have a Personal Style one needs to have undertaken a Colour ID first.

How long is the Personal Style ID procedure?
Defining a person’s style take more time, so the duration of this procedure is usually between six and eight hours. Once again, it takes place in a group of three people with the client going through his/her own personal style identification process and then observing the same procedure with the other two people in the group. The session starts at 10 am and includes a lunch break.

Can I have my boyfriend/husband (girlfriend/wife) also attending the ID procedure?
ID groups are either for men or for women in view of the specificities of the process, so if you are a woman you are more than welcome to come together with girlfriends; if you are a man – please feel free to invite your male friend so.

Can I have a personal image consultation as a gift to somebody?
Yes, of course! We provide gift certificates. You can buy as many as you want choosing from amongst the following: Colour ID, Personal Image ID (including a Colour ID and a Personal Style ID) or our luxury package “Wonderful Shift”.

How will I be able to independently recognise my personal colours on completion of the Colour ID?
Following the professional identification of your personal colours you will be able to order them as a customised colour palette that would include all representative nuances suitable for you. The value of the customised palette is not included in the Colour ID price.

Do I need to make any preparations in advance before coming for a Colour ID?
You don’t need to prepare yourself in any special way prior to attending a Colour ID session. We only ask ladies to come without make-up. We need you to be in a good mood and ready to share with us your excitement about the things you like and cherish in life.
